Friends, we are talking about the famous Nidhivan temple of Vrindavan which is known for Lord Krishna. Nidhivan is located in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. It is a very ancient city and it is also related to the Mahabharata period. Nidhivan is known as a mysterious place. It is said that even today Lord Krishna performs Raas(Love) with Radha at this place. After the evening worship, the doors of this temple are closed and after that, no one is allowed inside the temple. Even animals and birds also leave here after the evening worship. Then when 4 A.M. At o’clock the doors of the temple open, and they allow everyone to come here.

Why do not allow people to come after the evening?

The belief of this temple is that even today Lord Krishna comes here to perform Raslila with Radha and the Gopis, so no one is allowed to come here after the evening worship. If someone stealthily stays here, then something unwanted happens to him or he has lost his life or is dead.

In the Rangmahal of Nidhivan, a sandalwood bed, water, and a toothbrush are kept for Lord Krishna.

There is a temple in Nidhivan by the name of Rang Mahal where Lord Krishna rests at night. Yes, it is said that the place where Lord Krishna rests after performing Rasleela with Radha and the Gopis is called Rang Mahal. For this, a sandalwood bed, water to drink, and a toothbrush are kept for Shri Krishna in this Rang Mahal.

And when the panda priests come and see this place in the morning, then the bed sheets get wrinkled and the water pot is found empty. Here Radha’s makeup items are also kept, which she wears during Rasleela. There is also a pool named Lalita Kund in Nidhivan, this pool was made by Lord Krishna to quench the thirst of a gopi named Lalita.

Shri Haridas was a great devotee of Banke Bihari Ji and had worshiped only Lord Krishna in his whole life. It is also known as Banke Bihari to Lord Krishna. Shri Haridas Ji used to worship Banke Bihari Ji by making a hut in Nidhivan itself. After his death, his tomb was built here which is known as his temple.
