Jagriti Park is a very beautiful and famous park and picnic spot in Katni City ( Madhya Pradesh ). It is located in the Madhav Nagar area of Katni. This park is one of the best parks of Katni district, the mind becomes happy after seeing its greenery and beauty. Every day hundreds of people come to this park.
If you want to go on a picnic or spend quality time with family then this place is best for you. The atmosphere here is very good for Morning Walk and Morning Exercise, people come here daily for Morning Walk. Entry is free here till morning 8 am. This park is also another name environmental park.
The main credit for the construction of this park goes to Dr. Sanjay Nigam. He first gave information about this park to the then collector Mr. M. Selvandram Ji and he was requested to build this park. The collector had given consent for this park.
After this, with the help of the residents of the city, the park was started on 15/08/2009 by the in-charge minister Dr. Ramkrishna Kusmaria Ji.

1. Science Park
This is one of the main attractions of Jagriti Park, Katni, it is very interesting and knowledge-enhancing, especially for children. If you go to Jagriti Park then you must visit here
Here you will find many samples of science and models of machines that show the rules and principles of science. The models and machines of science kept here are very knowledgeable. It can accelerate children’s development and knowledge. There should be such models in every school so that there can be Mental development of the children.
You can also understand these models of science in this park from the instructor here. You also have to pay for an entry ticket to Science Park but it is very little, you can enter here by paying just Rs.5.

2. Children Park
The Children’s Park here is a very good entertainment center, especially for children. There is also a very adventurous place for elders, where you can spend a good time. There are many swings, rope climbing, duck train and many more interesting things for children where they can spend a fun time.
The Duck Train of Children Park is very wonderful, it is the favorite and best entertainment tool for children. They enjoy it a lot sitting on it. There is also a car for children on which they can drive, but all these have to be charged separately.

There is also a scary house here which is called Haveli the Bhoot Bungalow. 5. Stone and Cement Statue
If you are an art lover then this place is going to be very favorable for you because this park has a store of artifacts made of stone and cement. Here some idols are made of stone, some are made of marble and some are made of cement. This is a very important part of the park.
These artifacts are very unique and beautiful and artisans were called from every corner of the country to make them. All these artworks were made here at “The Stone Art Festival”.
