Shri Bhakt Niwas Omkareshwar or Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan, Shegaon is an ashram and Dharamshala located at Omkareshwar near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This Dharamshala is very close to Omkareshwar Temple, its distance from Omkareshwar and Mamleshwar Temple is only 700 meters. Most devotees who come to visit Omkareshwar and Mamleshwar Jyotirlinga stop here. This entire complex is built on 4-6 acres of land. There are more than 100 rooms for the devotees to stay here and more than 200 beds are available. Bhakta Niwas has about 5 residential blocks spread in the area with greenery and a holy atmosphere. The entire campus of this place is full of lush green trees and beautiful flowers, which give different pleasure. There is a very beautiful marble temple of saint Gajanan Maharaj here. The temple here is one of the biggest attractions and its construction and workmanship are very beautiful.

1. Gajanan Maharaj Temple
The Gajanan Maharaj Temple is a temple dedicated to a saint and the name of the temple has been kept in his name. The statue of Gajanan Maharaj is installed inside the temple. This entire temple is made of marble and very beautiful designs and carvings have been done on it.
2. Devi Ahilya Bai Temple
There is also a small temple of Queen Ahilya Bai Holkar here. Ahilya Bai was the queen of Indore. And he also did a lot of social work. An idol of him is enshrined inside the temple.
3. Lord Krishna and Lord Shiva Statue
Beautiful idols and tableaux of Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna are also kept here which look extremely beautiful.

Things to keep in mind in Bhakt Niwas Ashram Omkareshwar.
There are some rules for living in Bhakt Niwas and inside its premises, which have to be followed by all the people going there. We have written those rules below:
- This is an Ashram and Dharamshala and a lot of attention is given to cleanliness here, so don’t throw any garbage or eatables here and there.
- Smoking and non-vegetarian are completely banned here.
- Photo clicking and video making are prohibited in the canteen area.
