Maa Vaishno Devi Katra, which is an ancient temple dedicated to Mother Shakti, is here from Mata Vaishnavi Treta Yuga. Vaishnav Devi Temple is situated on a huge and beautiful Trikuta hill in the Jammu district of Jammu and Kashmir state. This temple is located at a place named Katra in Jammu and Kashmir the distance of the temple from Katra is 12 km and this temple is at an altitude of 5200 feet. According to the report, it is believed that this is the second temple in the whole of India which is filled with the most visitors.
